Ingredients
  1. · 5 medium yams
  2. · 1 large can of PET evaporated milk
  3. · 1 cup of sugar
  4. · 1 stick of margarine melted
  5. · 2 eggs
  6. · 1 tsp vanilla
  7. · A pinch of salt
  8. · TOPPING
  9. · 2 cups of rice krispies
  10. · 1 stick of margarine
  11. · 1 cup of brown sugar
  12. · 1 cup of chopped pecans
  13. · Optional 1 large bag of mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. COOK POTATOES until tender (I cook in microwave like baked potatoes and scoop out the meat.)
  2. Add all ingredients to potatoes and beat until smooth
  3. FOR TOPPING mix brown sugar and margarine then add krispies and nuts.
  4. Turn potatoes into baking dish and top with topping.
  5. Bake in Moderate oven until brown.
  6. Place marshmallows on top and brown.
