Ingredients
  1. ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  2. ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  3. 4 cups of blueberries’
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 4 teaspoon corn starch
  6. 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  7. 1 lemon
  8. Pie crust prepared as above
Instructions
  1. Cook pie in a 450 F oven for 10 min
  2. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees
  3. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes longer
  4. Makes a 9 inch pie
Notes
  1. Crumb Topping
  2. ½ cup butter
  3. ½ cup of brown sugar
  4. 1 cup of flour
  5. Mix together to form large crumbs
