Ingredients
- · 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- · 1 cups KARO Syrup (light or dark)
- · ½ cup sugar
- · ½ cup (3 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- · 2 tablespoons of butter melted
- · 1 teaspoon vanilla
- · 1 ½ cups pecan halves
- · 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
Instructions
- In a large bowl stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate chips, butter, vanilla until well blended. Then stir pecans.
- Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees oven for 50-60 minutes or until a knife insert half between center and edge comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack, serves eight
